Assessment & Evaluation

Participants will have a 2-day window after their course, to complete the evaluation and assessment. They must complete the evaluation and successfully pass the assessment to be eligible for their course certificate. The course evaluation and assessment will be conducted online.

The Talent Analytics for Decision Making course is delivered in-person, making it a highly interactive session. The activities in this course ensure that participants benefit from the rich engagement of face-to-face sessions with an experienced facilitator and peers.

The strategic decision-making course is designed to be completed over a two-day period. Participants will complete pre-readings of talent analytics materials online before attending the in-person session during standard business hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) on weekdays.

Yes, all participants who complete the requirements of this talent analytics course will be awarded a Certificate of Completion from Korn Ferry Academy. This certificate signifies your commitment to developing critical skills and competencies in building high-performance teams while serving as a valuable addition to your professional portfolio.

The total course fee is $2,289 (inclusive of GST), with up to 90% funding support available for eligible participants through SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG). This talent analytics course is eligible for both individual and corporate sponsorship. To qualify for funding, participants must be Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents and meet the criteria required by SSG.

There are no prerequisites to attend this talent analytics course. Participants have to bring their laptops to the session as there will be hands-on practice. If participants have any non-sensitive data sets on hand, they can also bring those to the course to be used for the exercises.
